So for the application purposes are we agreed to say we are charging $2/ticket? I am sure if we want to discount them it is not a problem, we just need an amount less than $5 to comply with the class A license. The prizes are all subject to amounts collected (we can stay in compliance by making sure no single award exceeds $100). The other topic was whether we would be selling them for a range of dates or only at the event on the 30th. When I talked to Anthony earlier we thought it might be best to just sell them the day of the event (everyone should be in attendance, no one has to remember to bring their ticket with them, and less chance for tickets to get lost). I am more than happy to finish up the application and get this scanned so we can email it to Grant. I would like everyone's approval though. Thanks guys.

I say only sell on day of event, and sell them for a dollar a ticket. Reason why is its easier for someone to just pull out a dollar and buy a ticket...but 2 dollars, now I'm thinking about it...there's a hesitation with $2 is all I'm saying. We can say 2 for purpose of turning in the app, but that's my two cents.

I agree with Adrian. I feel like it might be easier to sell the tickets for $1.00. We could always do a deal like what was mentioned before too, as in the 3 tickets for $5.00. Only it would be a different amount/price

It can be $1 but I don't think we can have a deal on the tickets if it is $1

it would be something such as 3 tickets for $2.00 instead of $3.00, like buy 2 get one free

Will we get enough $ that way though

Realistically, we can't expect a high number of people to show up, let alone all buy a ticket. So if the tickets are cheaper, we have a better chance of more people buying the tickets.

David and Adrian vote $1.00. Nicole , Anayah, Brendan , and Anthony have all said $2.00. I don't know how important this difference is for the purpose of the application. Can we agree to put $2 (just because I wouldn't want to end up charging more than what is on the application) and then we can hash this out in our meeting Thursday?

whether its a dollar or two i don't think it'll make a huge difference if its cheaper it'll be easier to entice people to buy but ultimately its not a huge deal either way i think
